Elvis Discography
Elvis music is adored by fans throughout the world. The Elvis discography includes over twenty years of record-breaking hits, including “Viva Las Vegas” and “Hound Dog.” He has earned gold, platinum, and multiplatinum awards for 150 singles and albums, which is more than any other singer to date. He was also awarded the Grammy Achievement Award and was nominated for a Grammy fourteen times. The Elvis discography includes favorite hits from his TV appearances, albums, and films.
Elvis’s unique style is influenced by the country, pop, and gospel music that he heard while growing up in rural Mississippi. As a teen, Elvis grew interested in the R&B music on Memphis’s historic Beale Street. He signed a contract with Sun Records in 1954 and quickly became a rock and roll icon. His unique style of music and dance started a new era in American music. Elvis also appeared in 31 films and made dozens of TV performances.
Elvis fans can hear some of their favorite Elvis music at the Elvis Las Vegas show at the City Center on the Las Vegas Strip. The show will be produced by Cirque du Soleil, a circus troupe that is known for creating daring acrobatic performances. Guests can expect expert dancers, one of a kind lighting and costumes, as well as top Elvis hits. Although tickets aren’t on sale yet, they’re expected to sell quickly when they’re released.
